Service for Origen Generators is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Total Customer Satisfaction Service Contract

Origen strives for total customer satisfaction. We will, for a small annual fee, provide a complete yearly inspection and all of the parts and services needed to make sure you are never without electricity...day or night.

Origen Limited Lifetime Warranty

This limited lifetime warranty covers all Origen generators manufactured by Origen, LLC, and is effective for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product (including the sale of the home in which the product is located) to any other person.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to Origen’s inspection of the generator, Origen will remedy defects in materials and/or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at Origen’s option, the defective generator without charge for parts or labor, subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty. SHOULD AT ANY TIME HOWEVER, THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER BECOME DISSATISFIED WITH THE WIND RIVER POWER GENERATOR WE WILL REMOVE IT FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASERS HOME AND REFUND PURCHASE PRICE.
